摘要
目的:制作盐酸普萘洛尔溶液,并观察其治疗婴幼儿血管瘤的效果。方法:2018年10月-2020年1月收治血管瘤婴幼儿90例,将盐酸普萘洛尔片剂溶于0.9%氯化钠注射液中,制备为1%的盐酸普萘洛尔溶液,外涂于血管瘤,对婴幼儿的状态、呼吸、心率、血压、是否腹泻、血管瘤瘤体颜色、张力及表面温度等多项指标水平进行密切观察,同时针对不良反应进行对症处理。结果:制备的溶液均为白色混浊液,婴幼儿使用该药物进行治疗,平均疗程7.8个月,整体治疗效果65.5%。从婴幼儿血管瘤改善情况分析,其心率改变、血压改变、腹泻等不良反应,均能得到及时处理。结论:1%的普萘洛尔溶液制备过程相对简单,对婴幼儿血管瘤疾病的治疗效果非常显著。
Objective:To make propranolol hydrochloride solution and observe its clinical effect on infant hemangioma.Methods:From October 2018 to January 2020,90 cases of infants hemangioma were enrolled,propranolol hydrochloride tablets were dissolved in 0.9% of sodium chloride injection in order to prepare 1% of propranolol hydrochloride solution,externally applied it to hemangioma to closely observe the status,respiration,heart rate,blood pressure,diarrhea,hemangioma color,tension and surface temperature of infants,at the same time,the adverse reactions were treated.Results:All the prepared solutions were white turbid liquid,the average course of treatment was 7.8 months,the overall therapeutic effect was 65.5%.From the analysis of the improvement of hemangioma in infants,the adverse reactions such as heart rate change,blood pressure change and diarrhea could be dealt with in time.Conclusion:The preparation process of propranololol solution with 1% concentration is relatively simple,while its therapeutic effect on infant hemangioma disease is very significant.
