摘要
为分析浅埋隧道爆破振动对既有结构造成的影响,对浅埋隧道爆破参数优化前后的爆破振动信号进行了分析。研究结果表明:拟合得到的浅埋隧道掘进爆破振动频率和振速的经验公式能够较好地体现出工程实际中振动速度和频率的变化规律,并可进行有效地预测;优化后的爆破振速有明显下降,从能量角度验证了优化后的方案可以有效降低爆破振动;浅埋隧道掘进爆破振速特征和巷道掘进爆破中振速特征明显不同,建议以垂向振速峰值为基准进行浅埋隧道掘进爆破参数设计。
In order to analyze the influence of shallow tunnel development blasting vibration on the existing structure of tunnel,the blasting vibration signals before and after the optimization are analyzed.The results show that the fitted formula of blasting vibration frequency and velocity of shallow tunnel excavation can better reflect the variation law of vibration velocity and frequency in engineering practice,and can be effectively predicted.The optimized blasting vibration velocity decreases significantly,which is verified in terms of energy.The characteristics of the vibration velocity in shallow tunnel development blasting are obviously different from those in roadway excavation blasting.It is suggested to design the blasting parameters of shallow tunnel excavation based on the peak value of vertical vibration velocity.
