摘要
种植重金属低累积水稻品种是中国耕地重金属污染稻田安全生产的有效措施,为筛选镉砷同步低累积水稻品种,该研究通过测定盆栽、早稻季、晚稻季3个试验环境中18个水稻品种稻米镉砷含量,利用基因型主效加基因型——环境互作效应(GGE)双标图分析品种稻米镉砷低累积能力、稳定性、环境适应性,进一步通过最佳线性无偏预测(BLUP)法验证和筛选出镉砷同步低累积水稻品种。研究结果表明,3个试验中稻米镉砷含量差异显著,稻米镉含量为0.20—4.21 mg·kg^(−1),稻米砷含量为0.03—4.24 mg·kg^(−1),稻米镉差异来源主要受品种与环境互作的影响,占总影响的45.4%,稻米砷差异主要受环境和品种与环境互作的影响,分别占总影响的39.8%和33.6%。GGE分析稻米镉、砷低积累能力及稳定性好的品种分别为品种14、15与9和品种9、14与17。根据稻米镉砷含量综合BLUP值筛选出镉砷同步低累积最优品种为品种14(Y两优19),其次是品种9(晶两优华占),和GGE模型评价的结果基本一致。该研究结果表明利用GGE双标图和BLUP分析筛选镉砷同步累积水稻品种是一种可行的新方法。
Cultivation of low-accumulation heavy metal cultivars is an effective measure for the safe production of paddy fields contaminated by heavy metals in China.In this study,the rice grains cadmium and arsenic content of 18 rice varieties in three experimental environments of potted,early rice and late rice were determined,and the genotype main effect plus genotype-environment interaction(GGE)double plot was used to analyze low accumulation capacity,stability and environmental adaptability of cadmium and arsenic in rice cultivars,the best linear unbiased prediction(BLUP)method was further used to verify and screen out rice varieties with a low accumulation of cadmium and arsenic.The results showed that the cadmium and arsenic content of rice grains in the three experiments were significantly different,the cadmium content of rice was 0.20–4.21 mg·kg^(−1),the arsenic content of rice was 0.03–4.24 mg·kg^(−1),the source of the difference of grains’cadmium was mainly affected by the interaction between cultivars and environment,accounting for 45.4%of the total impacts,the source of the difference of grains’arsenic was mainly affected by the environment and the cultivars and environment interaction,accounting for 39.8 and 33.6%of the total impacts,respectively.GGE analysis results showed cultivars 14,15 and 9 with low accumulation capacity and good stability of cadmium,and cultivars 9,14 and 17 with low accumulation capacity and good stability of arsenic.According to the comprehensive BLUP value of the cadmium and arsenic content in rice grains,the best cultivars with simultaneous low accumulation of cadmium and arsenic were cultivars 14(Y liangyou19),followed cultivars by 9(Jingliangyouhuazhan),which was basically consistent with the results of GGE model evaluation.The results of this study indicated that the use of GGE double plotting and BLUP analysis to screen rice varieties with simultaneous accumulation of cadmium and arsenic was a feasible new method.
