摘要
本文主要对某黄金冶炼厂含高铜、高铅的高品位金精矿氰化提取金、银进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,采用铅盐做助浸剂,可明显地提高金、银浸出率,并减少氰化钠消耗。与常规氰化法相比,金、银浸出率分别提高63.39%和38.59%,减少氰化钠消耗16.29kg/t,经济效益可观。
The cyanide extraction of gold and silver from high grade gold concentrate containing high copper and high lead was studied in a gold smelter.The results show that the leaching rate of gold and silver and the consumption of sodium cyanide can be increased obviously by using lead salt as the leaching agent.Compared with conventional cyanidation method,the leaching rate of gold and silver increased by 63.39%and 38.59%respectively,and the consumption of sodium cyanide decreased by 16.29kg/t,with considerable economic benefits.
