摘要
机床热误差严重影响机床的加工精度,必须对其加以控制,在研究机床的热误差时,首先需要明确机床的热特性,该工作可以为后续热误差建模提供模型输入值。主要综述了机床热误差的来源、机床温度场的获取方法、温度传感器布置策略及常用温度测点优化方法,同时对上述研究中的方法进行了优缺点分析,并结合目前的研究现状,展望了未来的发展。
The thermal error of the machine tool seriously affects the machining accuracy of machine tool,so it must be controlled.In order to study the thermal error of machine tool,the thermal characteristics of machine tool was principal to be recognized.It could provide the model input values for the subsequent thermal error modeling.Therefore,the sources of machine tool thermal errors,methods of acquiring machine tool temperature field,strategies of arranging temperature sensors,and common methods of optimization of temperature measurement points were mainly summarized.Furthermore,the advantages and disadvantages of the methods in preceding researches were analyzed.At last,combining with the current research status,it gave development prospects in future.
