加强基层公立医院党的建设抓好党员档案管理工作

2018年6月中共中央办公厅印发《关于加强公立医院党的建设工作的意见》,要求公立医院实行党委领导下的院长负责制。着力提升基层公立医院党建工作水平。党员档案管理工作是基层公立医院党建工作的重要部分。文章分析了目前基层公立医院党员档案管理工作存在的主要问题和原因,提出党员档案管理工作的对策和建议,从而促使党建工作不断完善。

In June 2018,the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China issued the"Opinions on Strengthening the Party Building Work in Public Hospitals",requiring public hospitals to implement the dean responsibility system under the leadership of the party committee.Focus on improving the level of party building work in grassroots public hospitals.The management of party member files is an important part of the party building work in basic-level public hospitals.The article analyzes the main problems and reasons existing in the file management of party members in basic-level public hospitals,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for party member file management,so as to promote the continuous improvement of party building work.
