摘要
目的:全面、客观地介绍2019年全国细菌耐药现状。方法:选取2018年10月~2019年9月全国细菌耐药监测网成员单位共计1429所医院的监测数据,对纳入统计的3 528 471株细菌的主要分析指标、主要分离细菌对常用抗菌药物的敏感性、临床常见耐药菌的比较、重要耐药菌的变迁进行数据分析。结果:碳青霉烯类抗菌药物耐药的肺炎克雷伯菌的检出率呈现缓慢上升趋势,其他临床常见耐药菌的检出率呈下降趋势或持平;耐药菌的检出率存在时间及地域性的差异;重要耐药病原菌检出率的地域分布具有一定规律。结论:应加强医疗机构抗菌药物的监管,提高医院感染防控能力。
Objective:Present a comprehensive and objective report of the status quo of antibiotic resistance in China in 2019.Methods:Surveillance data was gathered from 1429 members of the National Antimicrobial Resistance Surveillance Network from October 2018 to September 2019,and statistical analysis was made on the main indicators of 3528471 bacterial strains,the susceptibility of main isolated bacteria to commonly used antibiotics,comparison of common drug-resistant bacteria and their evolution.Results:The detection rate of carbapenemresistant Klebsiella pneumoniae showed a slowly rising trend,and the detection rates of the other clinically common drug-resistant bacteria showed a downward trend or remained the same.The detection rate of drug-resistant bacteria has time and regional differences;the detection rate of important drug-resistant pathogens showed a regional pattern.Conclusion:Regulation of antibiotic use in hospitals should be further strengthened,to improve prevention of hospital infection.
