饮水中添加硼对肉鸡免疫功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 试验旨在研究饮水中添加不同剂量硼对肉鸡免疫功能的影响。选用1 d健康AA肉仔鸡600只,随机分为对照组和试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组,每组6个重复,每个重复20只。对照组鸡饮用自来水,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组鸡的饮水中硼含量分别为40 mg/L、80 mg/L、160 mg/L、320 mg/L,试验周期42 d。在试验第21 d和42 d进行屠宰采样,测定鸡的免疫器官指数和血清IgA、IgG、IgM的含量。结果显示:(1)在21日龄,与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ组肉鸡胸腺指数和血清中IgG含量显著(P<0.05)升高;(2)在42日龄,与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ组肉鸡血清中IgA、IgG、IgM含量均显著(P<0.05)升高。结论:饮水中添加适量硼,可以促进肉鸡的免疫器官发育、增强机体免疫功能,以80 mg/L为最佳推荐添加量。 The aim of this experiment was to study the effect of adding different doses of boron on the immune function of broilers.The experiment selected 6001-day-old AA broilers,which were randomly divided into control group and test groups includingⅠ,Ⅱ,ⅢandⅣ,with 6 replicates in each group,each replicate had 20 AA broilers.The control group was provided with tap water,and the boron contents in drinking water of groupⅠ,Ⅱ,ⅢandⅣwere 440 mg/L、80 mg/L、160 mg/L、320 mg/L respectively.The test period was 42 days.Samples were slaughtered on the 21st and 42th days of the test to determine the immune organ index and serum immune indexes IgA,IgG,IgM.The results showed that:(1)At 21 days of age,compared with the control group,the thymus index and serum IgG content of broilers in the test group II increased significantly(P<0.05);(2)At 42 days of age,compared with the control group,the test serum levels of IgA,IgG and IgM in broiler chickens in groupⅡincreased significantly(P<0.05).All of above show that adding boron into drinking water can could promote the development of immune organs,improve the immune function of broilers,and it is that 80 mg/L is the best dosage.
