摘要 厌氧发酵作为餐厨垃圾处置厂重要的工艺流程会产生大量沼气,如果在产生、使用过程中发生沼气泄漏,会引起爆炸、中毒等严重安全生产事故,危害企业、群众的生命健康与财产安全。根据GB/T50493-2019《石油化工可燃气体和有毒气体检测报警设计标准》的规范要求,设计了针对餐厨垃圾处置厂的气体报警检测系统,包括释放源的确定、检测器选型与安装、报警联锁以及报警控制器设置等内容。本方案能实时监测气体浓度,有效地保证生产过程安全有序运行。 Anaerobic fermentation,as an important technological process of kitchen waste disposal plant,will produce a large amount of biogas.If biogas leakage occurs in the process of production and use,it will cause explosion,poisoning and other serious production safety accidents,and endanger the life and health and property safety of enterprises and people.According to the specification requirements of GB/T50493-2019 Standard for Testing and Alarm of Combustible Gas and Toxic Gas in Petrochemical Industry,designed a gas alarm detection system for kitchen waste disposal plant,including the determination of release source,detector selection and installation,alarm linkage and alarm controller setting,etc.This scheme can monitor the gas concentration in real time and effectively ensure the safe and orderly operation of the production process.
