河北省各级医院手术织物临床应用与管理现状调查

Investigation on clinical application and management of surgical fabrics in hospitals at all levels in Hebei province

目的了解河北省各级医院手术织物使用及管理现状。方法采用便利抽样法选取河北省11个市116家二级以上医院为调查对象,采用问卷调查的形式,对医院手术织物临床应用与管理情况进行调查,采用统计描述的方法对调查数据进行统计分析。结果 62.07%的医院使用手术衣、手术单为纯棉材质,19.83%的医院为涤棉布材质,使用新型高密度聚酯纤维材质面料的占5.17%;由医院出资采购手术织物的占91.38%;在成本分担方式中,由手术室独自承担的占62.93%,由手术室和其他相关科室共同分担的占24.14%;对软器械概念达到熟悉程度的手术室专业护理人员比率为18.97%,对手术单、手术衣及洁净服等的性能标准达到熟悉程度的人员比率为20.69%;通过学术会议获取有关专业知识的人员占54.31%。结论棉布材质手术衣、手术单是现阶段河北省各级医院主要应用的手术织物,手术室护理人员手术单、手术衣及洁净服等的性能标准认知水平较低,医院管理部门应重视和加强对新型手术织物的管理。

Objective To investigate the current situation of the use and management of surgical fabrics in hospitals at all levels in Hebei Province. Methods The convenience sampling method was used to select 116 hospitals above level 2 in 11 cities of Hebei Province as the research objects. The questionnaire survey was used to investigate the clinical application and management of surgical fabrics in the hospitals,and the statistical description method was used to analyze the data. Results 62. 07% of the hospitals used pure cotton surgical gown and drapes,19. 83% used polyester-mixed cotton cloth,and5. 17% used new high-density polyester fabric. Surgical fabrics in 91. 38% of hospitals were purchased. In the cost-sharing method,the hospitals whose costs were borne by the operating rooms alone accounted for 62. 93%,while shared by the operating rooms and other related departments accounting for 24. 14%. The proportion of professional nursing staff in the operating room who were familiar with the concept of soft instruments was 18. 97%,and the proportion of those who were familiar with the performance standards of surgical drapes,surgical gowns and clean suits was 20. 69%. The nurses who acquired relevant professional knowledge through academic conferences accounted for 54. 31%. Conclusion Cotton surgical gowns and drapes are currently the main surgical fabrics used in hospitals at all levels in Hebei Provincial. The cognitive level of the operating room nurses in performance standards of surgical gowns.
