摘要
对“一带一路”倡议下的高校大学生跨文化交际能力现状与培养策略进行分析。调查显示,时常有跨文化交际行为的学生只占全体高等院校学生的4%,偶尔有跨文化交际行为的学生约占全体高等院校学生的76%,从未进行过跨文化交际的高等院校学生约占20%。只有9%的学生是出于对自身语言交际能力的培养和提高来进行跨文化交际的,约12%的学生进行跨文化交际是因为对国外友人或其国家文化感兴趣,约60%的学生进行跨文化交际是被动行为,约20%的学生进行跨文化交际是因为出国留学交流的现实需要。高等院校学生进行跨文化交际的主动意识还不够强,主要是跨文化交际环境的营造力度不够。跨文化交际一直是外语教学的内容,以培养学生的语言能力为主,忽略了学生的跨文化交际能力。对此,要丰富语言系统,在语言教学过程中融入沿线国家的文化课程建设,加强与沿线国家的跨文化人才培养合作,运用沿线国家的人才资源进行多形式的文化交流互动。
The research analyzes the intercultural communication competence situation and training strategies of college students under the initiative of“One Belt and One Road”.Students with cross-cultural communication behaviors sometimes account 4%for all college students,students with cross-cultural communication behaviors often account for 76%for all college students,and students with no cross-cultural communication behaviors account for about 20%.Only 9%students make cross-cultural communication due to the training and improvement of self language communicative ability,12%due to the interest of foreign friends and culture of other countries,about 60%due to the passive behavior,and about 20%due to the reality demand of study abroad and communication.The active consciousness of intercultural communication of college students is not strong,which mainly reflects in the insufficient atmosphere construction of intercultural communication.Intercultural communication is always the content of foreign language teaching.Its main aim is to train student language ability,and there is neglect of intercultural communication ability.Therefore,it is necessary to enrich language system,integrate the cultural course construction of the countries along the line in language teaching process,strengthen intercultural talent training cooperation of countries along the line,and do intercultural communication and interaction of multi forms of countries along the line.
