摘要
明胶是一种性能极优的有机物,其在多种领域中的应用离不开它分子结构的特性,蛋白质含有20多种氨基酸,明胶就由其中的18种构成。在以明胶作为基质制备复合膜的领域中,复合膜的制备方法有溶液交联法、流延成型法、溶液共混法等,而且对于复合物的选择也是多种多样,明胶可以与多种有机物复合形成复合膜,例如甲壳素、壳聚糖、淀粉、纤维素、海藻酸钠等,还可以与多种无机物复合,如纳米SiO_(2)、纳米TiO_(2)、纳米银离子、CaCO_(3)等。这些复合形成的明胶基复合膜,综合性能均优于纯明胶膜,大大扩展了其在食品包装领域、生物医用领域等方面的应用。
Gelatin is a kind of organic matter with excellent performance.Its application in various fields is inseparable from its molecular structure.Proteins contain more than 20 amino acids,among which gelatin is composed of 18.In the field of preparation of composite membrane with gelatin as matrix,the method of preparation of composite membrane solution crosslinking method,flow displayed,solution blending method,etc,but also for the choice of compound is also varied,gelatin can form composite films with a variety of organic compound,such as chitin,chitosan,such as starch,cellulose,sodium alginate,can also with a variety of inorganic compound,such as nano SiO_(2),nano TiO_(2),nano silver ions,CaCO_(3),etc.These gelatine composite films have better comprehensive properties than pure gelatine films,which greatly expand their applications in food packaging and biomedical fields.
