摘要 目的通过建设符合临床业务流程和实际需求的5G智慧病房,进一步改善患者住院体验,提升医疗服务质量。方法应用以互联网、人工智能、物联网为主的5G技术及相关智能硬件设备,构建5G技术下的移动护理、体征监测、无线输液监控、移动查房、远程会诊、远程手术的一体化5G智慧病房,并与构建前病房各项医疗相关指标进行比较。结果 5G智慧病房将患者满意度提升至99.50%,护士满意度提升至94.50%,病区输液响铃率降低至1.40%,抢救车平均盘点时长缩短至2.50±1.50min,信息软件打开等待时间降低至3.00±2.00s,平均住院日降低至6.85±0.32d。结论 5G智慧病房真正建立起"以患者安全为中心"的优质、便捷、全方位、全周期的医疗服务模式,提升了医院病房的综合服务水平,更好地推动了智慧医院的建设进程。 Objective to enhance the quality of medical service by building 5 G intelligent ward that meets the clinical business process and actual needs,improve the hospitalized experience of the inpatients.Methods 5 G technology that based on Internet,artificial intelligence and Internet of things and related intelligent hardware equipment were used to construct integrated 5 G intelligent wards with mobile nursing,physical signs monitoring,wireless infusion monitoring,mobile ward rounds,remote consultation and remote operation.The comparison of relevant medical indicators of the ward were made before and after the construction.Results 5 G intelligent ward improved the patient satisfaction to 99.50%,nurses’ satisfaction to 94.50%;the infusion ring rate was reduced to 1.40%,the average counting time of rescue vehicle was shortened to 2.50±1.50 min,the waiting time of information software opening was reduced to 3.00±2.00 s;the average hospitalization days decreased to 6.85±0.32 days.Conclusion 5 G smart ward has established a "patient-centered" mode with high quality,convenient,omni-directional and fullcycle medical service,which improves the comprehensive service level of hospital ward and promotes the construction process of smart hospital better.
