水化治疗双版提示卡对择期接受PCI术的老年冠心病患者饮水依从性及护理工作满意度的影响

Effects of hydration therapy dual-version prompt card on drinking water compliance and nursing work satisfaction of elderly patients with coronary heart disease undergoing selective PCI

目的探讨水化治疗双版提示卡对择期接受冠状动脉介入治疗术(PCI)的老年冠心病(CHD)患者饮水依从性及护理工作满意度的影响。方法将96例老年CHD患者按入院时间分为对照组(47例)和研究组(49例),两组均行择期PCI术。对照组予以常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上予以水化治疗双版提示卡。比较两组的护理效果。结果研究组的饮水总依从率、合格率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的对比剂肾病发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,两组的BUN、Scr水平均升高,但研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组的Cor水平均降低,但研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对择期接受PCI术的老年CHD患者,采用水化治疗双版提示卡护理可提高其饮水依从性,保护肾功能,避免对比剂肾病发生,提升患者对护理工作的认可度。

Objective To explore the effects of hydration therapy dual-version prompt card on drinking water compliance and nursing work satisfaction of elderly patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)undergoing selective percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 96 elderly CHD patients were divided into control group(47 cases)and study group(49 cases)according to the admission time.Both groups were treated with selective PCI.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given hydration therapy dual-version prompt card on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total compliance rate and pass rate of drinking water in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of contrast nephropathy between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the levels of BUN and Scr in both groups increased,but those in the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05);after nursing,the level of Cor in both groups decreased,but that in the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For the elderly patients with CHD who underwent slective PCI,the use of hydration therapy dual-version prompt card nursing can improve drinking water compliance,protect renal function,avoid the occurrence of contrast nephropathy,and improve the patients'the recognition of nursing work.
