依那普利联合美托洛尔治疗扩张型心肌病的临床疗效

Clinical effect of enalapril combined with metoprolol in the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy

目的探讨依那普利联合美托洛尔治疗扩张型心肌病的临床疗效。方法选取上海市东方医院南院2018年1月—2019年1月收治的扩张型心肌病患者68例,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组34例。对照组予以依那普利治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合美托洛尔治疗。2组均连续治疗3个月。比较2组临床疗效,治疗前后心功能指标[左心室舒张期末内径(LVEDD)、左心室收缩期末内径(LVESD)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)]、心率、房性期前收缩次数、室性期前收缩次数、短阵室速阵数,并观察2组不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前2组LVEDD、LVESD、LVEF比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组LVEDD、LVESD低于对照组,LVEF高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前2组心率、房性期前收缩次数、室性期前收缩次数、短阵室速阵数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组心率、房性期前收缩次数、室性期前收缩次数、短阵室速阵数低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组均未发生严重不良反应。结论依那普利联合美托洛尔治疗扩张型心肌病的临床疗效确切,可有效改善患者心功能与心电图指标,且安全性较高。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of enalapril combined with metoprolol in the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy.Methods A total of 68 cases of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy were selected from January 2018 to January 2019 in South Hospital of Shanghai Dongfang Hospital,which were randomly divided into Control group and observation group,34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with enalapril,while the observation group was treated with metoprolol on the basis of the control group.Both groups received continuous treatment for 3 months.Clinical efficacy,cardiac function indexes(LVEDD,LVESD,LVEF),heart rate,atrial premature beats,ventricular premature beats,and number of short-circuit ventricular tachycardia arrays before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in LVEDD,LVESD and LVEF between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the observation group of LVEDD and LVESD values were lower than control group,and the LVEF was higher than control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in heart rate,atrial premature beats,ventricular premature beats and short-array ventricular tachycardia numbers between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the heart rate,atrial premature beats,ventricular premature beats and short-circuit ventricular tachycardia number in the observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Conclusion Enalapril combined with metoprolol have an exact clinical effect for dilated cardiomyopathy,which can effectively improve cardiac function and electrocardiogram index of patients,with high safety.
