摘要 河南省学前融合教育巡回辅导逐步推进,在河南省学前融合教育发展支持中心的调动下,在前期调研的基础上,组织专家团队赴郑州市L园展开巡回辅导,通过园长座谈、个案观察、教师咨询与座谈等开展专家支持与分类帮带,发现进行融合教育工作中幼儿园的长短处,取长补短、聚焦问题,最终达到专业引领、提质保量的效果。 Henan preschool integrated education tour guidance is gradually promoted.Under the mobilization of Henan Preschool Integrated Education Development Support Center,on the basis of preliminary investigations,a team of experts is organized to conduct tour guidance to L Park in Zhengzhou.Through discussions with the principal,case studies,observation,teacher consultation and seminars,we carried out expert support and classification assistance,and discovered the strengths and weaknesses of kindergartens in the work of integrated education,learned from each other's weaknesses,focused on problems,and finally achieved the effect of professional guidance and quality improvement.
