不溶性腐植酸的制备及吸附Cr(Ⅵ)条件的优化 被引量:2

摘要 为了探究不溶性腐植酸(IHA)处理重金属Cr(Ⅵ)废水的最佳条件,从风化煤中提取HA,再通过高温钙化法制备出IHA,并测定其吸附Cr(Ⅵ)参数。结果表明:IHA的最佳制备条件为高温时间90 min,CaCl_(2)溶液浓度2 mol/L,CaCl_(2)溶液浸泡时间120 min,用于洗涤的NaNO3浓度1 mol/L;经BET分析IHA比表面积增加,孔容增大,吸附能力明显增强;改性后IHA性能更佳,适用性更强,在室温、pH=5、吸附时间2 h、搅拌速度40 r/min时,IHA投加量适当时,Cr(Ⅵ)去除率为99%。 In order to explore the best conditions of insoluble humic acid(IHA)treating heavy metal Cr(Ⅵ)wastewater,HA was extracted from weathered coal,then IHA was prepared by high-temperature calcification method,and its adsorption parameters of Cr(Ⅵ)were determined.The results show that the best preparation conditions of IHA were as follows:high temperature time is 90 min,CaCl_(2) solution concentration is 2 mol/L,CaCl_(2) solution soaking time is 120 min,washing NaNO3 concentration is 1 mol/L;after BET analysis IHA,its specific surface area increasesed,the pore volume increased,and adsorption capacity is obviously enhanced;the results of Cr(Ⅵ)adsorption experiments show that the modified IHA has better performance and stronger applicability,under the operating conditions of room temperature,pH=5,adsorption time is 2 h and stirring speed is 40 r/min,IHA dosage is appropriated the removal rate of Cr(Ⅵ)can reach 99%.
