摘要
焦炭塔在运行过程中承受热-机械载荷联合作用,其安全可靠性至关重要。每个生产周期,塔内温度从室温到490℃左右循环变化。一般认为,由于温度变化产生的热应力是焦炭塔结构失效的主要原因。本文从焦炭塔典型材料热机械疲劳性能、形变检测、有限元模拟和热机械疲劳寿命评价方法等几方面对焦炭塔热机械疲劳寿命评估研究进展进行了评述,并对国内外的相关研究进行了比较,指出了亟待解决的问题,本文可以为焦炭塔的寿命评估提供指导和参考。
The coke drum is subject to the combined effects of thermo-mechanical loads during operation,and its safety and reliability are of paramount importance.In each production cycle,the temperature in the drum is cyclically changed from room temperature to about 490℃.It is generally believed that the thermal stress caused by temperature change is the main reason for the structural failure of coke drum.This article reviews the research progress of coke drum thermomechanical fatigue life from the aspects of thermo-mechanical fatigue properties,deformation detection,finite element simulation,and thermo-mechanical fatigue life evaluation methods.The related studies in domestic and overseas are compared,and the problems to be solved urgently are pointed out.This paper can provide guidance and reference for the life assessment of coke drums.
