浅议顶岗实习大学生党员教育管理存在的问题及改进措施

近年来,高校党建工作取得了显著成绩,但在顶岗实习大学生党员的教育管理方面还存在一些不容忽视的问题。文章结合党建相关文件精神,学校和实习单位实际,分析学校在大学生党员顶岗实习期间教育管理中存在的问题,并进行原因剖析,提出了加强和改进顶岗实习大学生党员教育管理的措施:加强顶层设计构建“校地结合”的顶岗实习大学生党员教育管理机制,加强组织领导保证顶岗实习大学生党员的教育管理到人到位,创新工作方法推进顶岗实习大学生党员的教育管理方式丰富多样,以期能为顶岗实习大学生党员的教育管理工作建言献策。

In recent years,remarkable achievements have been made in the party building work in colleges and universities,but there are still some problems that can not be ignored in the education and management of internship college student party members.Combining with the spirit of relevant documents on Party building and the reality of schools and internship units,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the education management of college student party members during the internship,and analyzes the reasons,and puts forward measures to strengthen and improve the education management of college student party members during internship such as strengthening the top-level design,constructing the education management mechanism of"connecting schools with places",strengthening the organization and leadership to ensure that the education management of college student party members,and innovating working methods to promote the education management methods of college student party members in the internship.
