铝矾土尾矿烧结透水砖的性能调控 被引量:5

摘要 为了实现铝矾土尾矿资源化利用和推进海绵城市建设,分别以铝矾土尾矿为胶结料和粗矿物颗粒为骨料,制备烧结透水砖。在前期烧成工艺的基础上,研究了骨料高温稳定性和骨浆比对透水砖抗压强度、透水系数、保水性和吸水率的影响及铝矾土尾矿放射性。结果表明:耐高温颗粒能保证透水砖的高温尺寸稳定性;合适的骨浆比是协调强度与透水性、保水率及吸水率的关键因素;当采用耐高温颗粒做骨料和骨浆比为2时,在950℃可以制备出强度和透水率均符合要求的烧结透水砖,实现了铝矾土尾矿的资源化利用。 In order to realize the resource utilization of bauxite tailings and promote the construction of sponge cities,sintered permeable bricks were prepared using bauxite tailings as binder and coarse mineral particles as aggregates,respectively.Based on the preliminary firing process,the effects of high temperature stability of aggregate and aggregate to slurry ratio on compressive strength,water permeability coefficient,water retention and water absorption of permeable bricks and radioactivity of bauxite tailings were studied.The results show that high temperature resistant particles can ensure the high temperature dimensional stability of permeable bricks;suitable aggregate to slurry ratio is the key factor to coordinate strength with water permeability,water retention and water absorption.When high temperature resistant particles are used as aggregate and the aggregate slurry ratio is 2,sintered permeable bricks with the required strength and water permeability can be prepared at 950℃,which realizes the resource utilization of bauxite tailings.
