摘要
消化系统恶性肿瘤在我国发病率高且预后较差,大多数患者存在营养不良现象。消化系统恶性肿瘤患者的营养管理是癌症管理的重要组成部分,对消化系统恶性肿瘤患者进行营养支持已得到广泛认可。该文对消化系统恶性肿瘤患者的营养支持方式及其利弊进行综述,并从多角度阐述了当前各种营养支持方式存在的问题及可改进的方向,以期为临床实践提供参考和建议。
Digestive system cancer has a high incidence and poor prognosis in China,and most of the patients suffer from malnutrition.Nutritional management of patients with gastrointestinal cancer is a crucial part of cancer management.Providing nutritional support for them have been widely recognized.This article reviews methods of nutritional support and their strengths and weaknesses in patients with digestive system cancer,and expounds the problems of nutritional support and the directions for the improvement from multiple angles,in order to provide references and suggestions for clinical practice.
