以研究生创新项目为依托的研究生能力提升研究——基于中南大学研究生项目实践

研究生创新项目是以研究生团队为主体自主开展的科研探索实践活动,呈现出以研究生为主导,以研究生自主科学研究为核心,以多元化成果展现为导向,以纵向科技项目为管理模式的特点。中南大学研究生创新项目经过多年的实践取得了良好的效果,营造了创新实践氛围。研究生通过项目研究获取知识、学会研究、学会创新、学会做人。现阶段,扩大项目范围、强化导师指导、完善评价考核体系是进一步提升项目质量的实践路径。

The graduate student innovation project is a scientific research exploration and practice activity carried out independently by the graduate student team,showing the characteristics of taking graduate student as the leader,the graduate student’s independent scientific research as the core,and the diversified achievements as the guidance,the vertical science and technology project as the management mode.After years of practice,graduate students’innovation projects in CSU have achieved good results and created an atmosphere of innovative practice.Through project research,graduate students acquire knowledge,learn to study,learn to innovate and learn to be a person.At present,expanding the scope of the project,strengthening the tutor’s guidance and perfecting the evaluation and assessment system are the practical ways to further improve the project quality.
