摘要
“工程材料科学与设计”是以双语教育为经,以讲授材料科学知识为纬,针对高年级材料化学专业本科生,配合当前科技信息和先进的教学策略,以培养国际化的材料合成及设计方面的高水平人才为宗旨的一门双语课程。经不断探索与改进,形成了自己的特色并取得了优异的教学成果。“工程材料科学与设计”于2009年被评为教育部国家双语教学示范课程建设项目。文章介绍了作者在“工程材料科学与设计”双语教学实践中的经验,分析双语教学中存在的问题,探讨解决对策供同行借鉴与参考。文章结合“工程材料科学与设计”课程的特点,介绍在双语教学实践中采取的教学方法和教学模式,分析了双语教学存在的实际困难,探讨了可行的解决之道。
"The Science and Design of Engineering Materials"is a bilingual course with bilingual education as the course,teaching material science knowledge as the course,aiming at senior material chemistry undergraduates,combining current scientific and technological information and advanced teaching strategies,and aiming at cultivating international high-level talents in material synthesis and design.Through continuous exploration and improvement,it has formed its own characteristics and achieved excellent teaching results.In 2009,"The Science and Design of Engineering Materials"was awarded as the National Bilingual Teaching Demonstration Course construction project of the Ministry of Education.This paper introduces our experience in bilingual teaching of"Engineering material science and Design",analyzes the problems existing in bilingual teaching,and discusses the solutions for peer reference.Based on the characteristics of the course"The Science and Design of Engineering Materials",this paper introduces the teaching modes and methods adopted in bilingual teaching practice,analyzes the existing problems in teaching and discusses the solutions.
