基于CO_(2)激光器印花圆网清洗装置设计 被引量:1

摘要 针对印花圆网常规回收再利用存在成本高、效率低和污染大的问题,设计了一种基于CO_(2)激光器的印花圆网清洗装置。设计折叠式谐振腔CO_(2)激光器并进行了清洗测试,应用三维软件进行清洗装置总体结构设计,利用有限元软件Workbench对其进行静力分析和模态分析,获得清洗装置机架和传动机构的应力图、应变图及前三阶固有频率和振型。结果显示,机架最大应力集中在后侧横梁连接处,最大值为8.47 MPa,小于结构钢屈服强度;机架和丝杠一阶固有频率分别为27.53 Hz和82.07 Hz,大于激振频率23.7 Hz,验证了清洗装置设计的合理性。基于西门子S7-1200设计了自动控制系统,为清洗装置的生产制造提供了技术支持。 Aiming at the problems of high cost and low efficiency in the recycling of printing rotary screen,a printing rotary screen cleaning device based on CO_(2)laser was designed.The CO_(2)laser was used as the light source to design a folded resonator CO_(2)laser and complete the production.The cleaning device model was established through the software SolidWorks,and the static analysis and modal analysis were performed using the finite element software Workbench to obtain the stress diagram,strain diagram and first three natural frequencies and vibration modes of the cleaning device frame and transmission mechanism.The results show that the maximum stress of the frame is concentrated at the connection of the rear beam,and the maximum value is 8.47 MPa,which is much less than the material yield strength;the first-order natural frequencies of the frame and the screw are 27.53 Hz and 82.07 Hz,which are more than the excitation frequency 23.7 Hz,which proves the rationality of device design.The automatic control system was design based on Siemens S7-1200,which provides technical support for manufacturing of cleaning device.
