生物检材中氯氮平分析方法研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 氯氮平(CLP)是最早发现的非典型抗精神病药物,迄今仍广泛应用于临床。但其血药浓度的个体差异较大,所以需做血药浓度监测。由于使用氯氮平者多为精神病患者,自控能力较差,所以中毒事件时有发生。此外氯氮平亦是麻醉抢劫、强奸、自杀及投毒案件的常见药物。故此,发展快速、准确的CLP检测方法对医学研究、打击犯罪等方面都有重要的意义。本文对近年来国内外有关在生物检材中进行氯氮平测定的薄层色谱法、气相色谱法、高效液相色谱法、毛细管电泳法、电化学分析法等方法进行了归纳和综述,并提出了氯氮平分析方法的发展方向。 Clozapine(CLP)is the first-discovered atypical antipsychotic drug,and it is still widely used in clinical practice.However,the individual differences in the blood drug concentration are large,so the blood drug concentration monitoring is required.Since clozapine users are mostly mental patients and have poor self-control ability,poisoning incidents occur from time to time.In addition,clozapine is also a common drug in cases of narcotic robbery,rape,suicide and poisoning.Therefore,the development of fast and accurate CLP detection methods is of great significance to medical research and crime fighting.This article classifies and summarizes the thin-layer chromatography,gas chromatography,high performance liquid chromatography,capillary electrophoresis,electrochemical analysis and other methods related to the determination of clozapine in biological samples in recent years.The development direction of clozapine analytical method is proposed.
