摘要
为了满足工业制造车间的数据智能化采集需求,在工业物联网(IIOT)体系结构中应用监控与数据采集(SCADA)系统,通过IIOT的支撑实现设备、人、订单计划的有机互联,采用过程控制统一架构(OPC UA)协议增强了数据通信的规范性,提高了模型的可重用性和扩展性,为制造执行和企业决策以及大数据应用提供数据支撑。
In order to meet the needs of intelligent data collection in industrial manufacturing workshops,the SCADA system is used in the IIOT architecture to realize the organic interconnection of equipment,people,and order plans through the support of IIOT.The OPC UA protocol is used to enhance the standardization of data communication.Improve the reusability and scalability of the model,and provide data support for manufacturing execution,corporate decision-making,and big data applications.
