摘要
从21世纪以来,我国在各个领域上都取得较大的成就,汽车行业也因此得到快速发展,在不断提升制造技术的基础上成本也在不断降低,汽车销售价格下降,这样的条件下,促使更多人们采购汽车。就目前而言,人们对汽车的性能要求越来越高,更加重视汽车内燃机使用性能。而活塞是内燃机中一个重要的部件,一般会承载机械热负荷和负荷,具有十分复杂的工作环境,为此要想有效提升汽车使用年限,提升活塞工作性能是很有必要的。本文将对活塞表面耐磨损和防护进行分析,主要研究其特征和产生的影响以及优化实验,仅供参考。
