河北省某磷酸有限公司含磷污水治理工程

摘要 针对河北省某磷酸企业生活污水磷超标排放问题,采用污水一体化处理装置及相关附属工程进行整治。工程稳定运行两个月后,出水水质指标为:TP≤5 mg/L,CODcr≤300 mg/L,NH 3-N≤25 mg/L,主要污染物指标达到《污水排入城镇下水道水质标准》(GB/T 31962—2015)C级标准。运行结果显示该工程对含磷污水具有良好的处理效果,同时能有效去除有机物及氮等杂质,实现污水的达标排放。并且占地面积小,运行成本低,经济效益显著。 In order to solve the problem of excessive phosphorus discharge in domestic sewage of a phosphoric acid enterprise in Hebei Province,the sewage integrated treatment device and related auxiliary works were adopted.After two months of stable operation of the project,the quality indexes of the treated water are:CODcr≤500 mg/L,NH 3-N≤45 mg/L,TP≤8 mg/L,SS≤400 mg/L,6.5≤pH≤9.5,which conforms to the"quality standard of sewage discharged into urban sewer"(GB/T 31962—2015)grade C standard.The operation results show that the project has a good effect on the treatment of phosphorus wastewater,and can effectively remove impurities such as organic matter and nitrogen,and realize the discharge of sewage to the standard.The project covers a small area and the operation cost is low,which has good comprehensive economic benefits.
