摘要
文章总结了基层医疗卫生机构在疫情防控中所发挥的主要作用,反思了其存在的不足,提出了常态化疫情防控下基层医疗卫生机构的应对策略:保持警戒心、做好人才储备与多面手的培养、完善群防群控体系、把握平战结合平衡点、加强基层医务人员应激心理培训及关怀。
The paper reviewed and summarized the important role played by primary health institutions during the epidemic prevention and control, reflected on the deficiencies and shortcomings, and proposed the strategies for regular epidemic prevention and control, including maintaining wartime vigilance, doing a good job in talent reserve and all-rounder training, improving the joint prevention and control system, handling the balance between peacetime and wartime state of emergency, and strengthening psychological stress training and care for primary medical staff.
