基于电功率封闭的拖动控制系统设计

摘要 拖动控制系统是传动试验台最核心的组成部分,影响到试验器的结构、功能和用处。根据试验器用途的需要,设计了基于电功率封闭的拖动控制系统方案。介绍了电功率封闭技术原理、调速原理和设备选型,着重分析了在S7-1500中实现扭矩控制的方法。经实践证明,该拖动控制系统性能稳定、转速和扭矩控制精度高,证明转速和扭矩控制策略合理,对实践有很强的指导性。 The Motor-driven control system is the core component of the transmission test bench, which affects the structure, function and application of the tester. According to the needs of the tester, a motor-driven control system is designed based on the electric power enclosed technology in this paper. The principles of electric power enclosed technology, and speed regulation and equipment selection are introduced. It focuses on the analysis of the method of realizing torque control in S7-1500. The practice shows that the motor-driven control system has stable performance and small torque overshoot, which proves that the speed and torque control strategies are reasonable and has strong guidance for practice.
