全灾种大应急时代背景下应急科技人才培养模式探析

Analysis on the talents cultivation mode of emergency science and technology in all disaster emergency era

针对“全灾种大应急”时代背景下应急工作涉及范围广、系统复杂动态变化性强、管理局限性导致应急技术与管理专业人才培养定位和方向难聚焦的问题,在人才需求调研的基础上,制定了应急技术与管理专业人才培养定位策略,构建了应急科技人才培养目标影响因素体系,提出了华北科技学院应急技术与管理专业人才培养目标,分别从师资队伍、专业特色课程建设和实践教学方面,形成了华北科技学院应急技术与管理专业人才培养模式,为我国高校应急科技人才培养提供借鉴。

In all disaster emergency era,the emergency work involves a wide range and the system is complex and highly dynamic.In addition,there are some management limitations.The above characteristics make it difficult to focus on the orientation and direction of talents cultivation in emergency technology and management.Based on the investigation of talent demand,orientation strategies of talents cultivation for emergency technology and management major are formulated,and the influencing factor system of talents cultivation objectives is constructed.Then,the talents cultivation objectives for emergency technology and management major of north China Institute of Science and Technology are put forward.From the aspects of teaching team,professional characteristic curriculum construction and practical teaching,the talents cultivation mode of emergency technology and management major of north China institute of science and technology has been formed which provides a reference for the talents cultivation of emergency science and technology in colleges and universities in China.
