自体松质骨移植联合富血小板血浆治疗距骨骨软骨损伤近期疗效分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨采用自体胫骨松质骨移植联合富血小板血浆治疗距骨骨软骨损伤的近期疗效。方法回顾性分析自2016-10—2019-09采用自体胫骨松质骨移植联合富血小板血浆治疗的12例距骨骨软骨损伤,采用足踝功能AOFAS评分、疼痛VAS评分、软骨修复MRI评分对疗效进行评估。结果12例均获得至少12个月随访,随访时间平均17.7(12~23)个月。末次随访时内踝截骨处均已愈合,软骨修复MRI评分平均61.4(50~68)分。末次随访时足踝功能AOFAS评分为(89.3±4.6)分,疼痛VAS评分为(0.6±0.5)分,较术前明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。末次随访时患侧踝关节跖屈活动度为(40.8±2.9)°,与健侧无明显差异;患侧踝关节背伸活动度为(12.8±2.2)°,明显低于健侧。结论采用自体胫骨松质骨移植联合富血小板血浆治疗距骨骨软骨损伤操作相对简单,手术创伤较小,术后可以有效缓解患者踝关节疼痛,踝关节功能恢复良好。
