摘要
通过原位聚合法分别制备了水性聚氨酯(WPU)/有机蒙脱土(OMMT)复合材料和WPU/OMMT/聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)复合材料。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜和电子万能试验机,研究不同OMMT含量以及PVP对复合材料结构与性能的影响。结果表明,季铵盐修饰的OMMT与WPU复合后其层间距增大;当OMMT质量分数为4%时,填料在WPU基体中分散较均匀,使其力学性能、耐水性得到改善;引入PVP可提高OMMT在WPU基体中的分散程度,进一步提高复合材料的力学性能。
Waterborne polyurethane(WPU)/organic montmorillonite(OMMT)composites and WPU/OMMT/polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP)composites were prepared respectively by in-situ polymerization.The effects of different OMMT content and PVP on the structures and properties of composite materials were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffractometer and electronic universal testing machine.It is revealed that the OMMT modified by the quaternary ammonium salt is interacted with WPU,which led to increase the interlamellar spacing of OMMT.When OMMT content is 4%,the mechanical properties and water resistance of composites are improved,resultes from the uniformly dispersion of OMMT fillers in the WPU matrix.PVP can be helpful to the dispersion of OMMT in WPU matrix so that it improves the mechanical properties of the composites.
