玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯复合材料的制备及其阻燃性 被引量:6

摘要 由于长玻璃纤维具有较难分散均匀的特点,提出将玻璃纤维布直接与聚丙烯薄膜平铺成型,得到玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯复合材料。通过调整玻璃纤维布与聚丙烯薄膜的铺层比,改变复合材料中玻璃纤维的重量比,研究不同铺层比对复合材料的阻燃性能和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,随着玻璃纤维重量比的增加,复合材料的阻燃性能得到有效提高,但是力学性能有所降低,具体表现为弯曲强度和弯曲模量均有不同程度减小。通过观察形貌发现,玻璃纤维层数的增加会导致聚丙烯的浸渍效果变差,界面结合减弱。因此,玻璃纤维的重量比、聚丙烯与玻璃纤维的浸渍情况对所得复合材料的阻燃性能和力学性能存在一个相反的影响。 In view of the long glass fiber is difficult to disperse,it is proposed that the glass fiber reinforced polypropylene composite could be prepared directly by tiling glass fiber cloth and polypropylene thin film.The layup ratios of glass fiber cloth and polypropylene thin film had been adjusted to change the weight ratio of glass fiber in the composite.The effect of the weight ratio of glass fibers on the flame retardancy and mechanical properties of the composite had been investigated systematically.The results showed that with the increase of the glass fiber weight ratio,the flame retardancy of the composite improved effectively but the mechanical properties decreased,namely the bending strength and bending modulus both decreased.According to the morphological observation results,the impregnation effect of polypropylene and interface bonding condition between the polypropylene film and glass fiber cloth were getting worse and weaker with the increase of glass fiber cloth layer.It indicated that,the weight ratio of glass fiber,interface bonding condition between the polypropylene film and glass fiber cloth have an adverse effect on the flame retardancy and mechanical properties of the composite.
