摘要 高校军事课程因其特色化的教学内容供给而具有丰富的育人价值,推进军事课程规范化建设、提高军事课程育人成效具有重要的现实意义。从目标定位入手,确立高校军事课程的三大功能目标和"三位一体"课程观,设计"2+2+2"三维立体课程体系,提出系统抓好课程实施的五个关键环节,即健全三级协同运行机制、完善三个层面规章制度、打造三种类型教师队伍、加大三个方面资源投入、构建三方质量评价体系,以推动高校军事课程规范化发展。 Military courses in colleges have rich educational value because of their characteristic teaching content supply.It is of great practical significance to promote the standardized construction of military courses and improve the educational effect of military courses.From the goal orientation,this paper establishes three functional objectives and trinity curriculum concept of military course in colleges,and designs a three-dimensional“2-2-2”curriculum system.It also puts forward five key links to implement the curriculum well,namely,perfecting three-level collaborative operation mechanism,improving three-level rules and regulations,building with three types of teaching teams,increasing resource investment in three aspects,and constructing tripartite quality evaluation system,so as to promote the standardized development of military courses in colleges.
