摘要
聚丙烯腈基碳纤维增强热塑性复合材料(PAN-CFRTP)因其优异的耐高温性能、刚韧平衡性能等特性,在汽车、医疗器械、航空航天、化工机械等领域被广泛使用。主要介绍了上浆剂法、液相氧化法、等离子体法三碳纤维界面改性方法以及拉挤成型、缠绕成型、真空辅助成型三种CFRTP成型工艺。最后通过介绍碳纤维增强尼龙(CF/PA)、碳纤维增强聚苯硫醚(CF/PPS)、碳纤维增强聚醚醚酮(CF/PEEK)三种复合材料的性能特点,说明CFRTP在市场中的巨大应用需求潜力,尤其在航空航天等高端领域。
Polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic composites(PAN-CFRTP)have been widely used in many fields,such as automobile,medical instrument,aerospace and chemical machinery,because of their excellent high-temperature resistance and stiffness-toughness balance.In this paper,three interfacial modification methods of carbon fiber including the sizing agent method,liquid phase oxidation method and plasma method as well as three forming processes of CFRTP including pultrusion process,filament winding,vacuum assisted resin infusion were introduced.Finally,the properties of carbon fiber reinforced nylon(CF/PA),carbon fiber reinforced polyphenylene sulfide(CF/PPS)and carbon fiber reinforced polyether-ether-ketone(CF/PEEK)were presented to demonstrate the huge application potential of CFRTP in the market,especially in high-end areas like aerospace.
