摘要
电流测井是地浸开采钻孔固井质量检测中一种有效的方法,文章从实际需求和市场应用角度出发,根据电流测井原理,研制出能够适用于检测聚氯乙烯套管漏点和过滤器位置的电流测井探管。该探管在通辽钱IV地区地浸工艺钻孔中开展了实际应用,并与国内JMTC-1电流测井探管曲线对比,一致性良好。在实际应用中,能够准确判断钻孔中套管是否存在漏点,测定过滤器的位置,为地浸工艺钻孔的固井质量评价提供了依据,形成了具有自主知识产权的设备。
Current logging is an effective method for quality inspection of in-situ leaching drilling and cementing.Based on actual needs and market applications,this article develops a method that can be used to detect PVC casing leaks and the location of the filter based on the principles of current logging.The probe has been used in the in-situ leaching drilling in Tongliao Qian IV area,and compared with the current logging probe curves of other domestic companies,the consistency is good.In practical applications,it is judged whether there are leaks in the PVC casing of the borehole,and the location of the filter is ascertained,which provides a basis for the cementing quality evaluation of the in-situ leaching process borehole,thus forming a device with independent intellectual property rights.
