摘要
汉口水文站是长江中游干流重要的防洪控制站,为了给洪水预报决策提供更准确的数据支撑,需要优化汉口水文站报汛方案以提高报汛精度。分析了汉口水文站高洪期单值化法与临时曲线法报汛方案,并与实测值对比进行了精度验证。结果表明:采用临时曲线法报汛时,汉口水文站在高洪期受下游顶托时,相应流量报汛存在“上下跳动”的现象;采用单值化法报汛效果较好,特别是在受下游来水顶托时该方法的精度更高。
Hankou hydrological station is an important flood control station in middle Yangtze River.In order to pro⁃vide more accurate data support for flood forecasting and decision making,it is necessary to optimize the determina⁃tion method of stage-discharge relation of Hankou hydrological station to improve accuracy of flood reporting.We analyzed flood reporting scheme of Hankou hydrological station during high flood period by comparing single value method and temporary curve method,and then verified the results with measured data.The results showed that when the temporary curve method was adopted,a phenomenon of"jumping up and down"existed in the reported dis⁃charge,especially when backwater effect exists in downstream.Therefore,single value method,with higher accura⁃cy,is a more effective flood reporting method,especially when backwater effect exists in downstream for Hankou hy⁃drological station.
