理工科院校学生的人文素质培养路径探究——以机电技术学院为例

The Way to Improve the Humanity Quality of Science and Engineering Students--Take School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering as an Example

大学生人文素质的培养是提升人才培养质量、深化素质教育改革的关键。理工科院校忽视人文素质教育,导致部分学生对传统文化认同感低、审美观片面、价值观扭曲、交际能力弱、心理承受能力差等现象。本文以广东轻工职业技术学院机电学院为例,从人文素质教育的重要性出发,重塑人文素质培养内容、构建人文师资、特色课程、艺术团、人文环境"四位一体"的人文素质教育生态体系。

The humanity education is the key to improve the quality of talents and deepen the reform of quality education.Science and engineering college always only focus on professional education but ignore humanity education,which results in one-sided aesthetic outlook,distorted values,weak communication ability and poor psychological endurance.This paper constructs the“four in one”ecological system of humanistic quality education to improve the humanity quality level,including humanistic teachers,characteristic courses,art troupes and humanistic environment.
