中福公司作为中外合资企业,在近代中国经营时间长、活动范围广、经营项目多,留下的档案丰富珍贵。国内外学术界已开展了相关档案的研究,其档案系统整理与深度开发意义重大。河南省档案馆针对馆藏中福公司档案时间跨度大、形成主体多元、门类齐全、载体多样、涉猎领域宽泛、史料价值较高等特点,开展了国内外中福公司档案文献分布调研与征集、翻译、数字档案资源建设、编研等整理与开发工作,提出了基于数字人文的中福公司档案深度开发的方向。

Zhongfu Company is a Sino-foreign joint venture with the longest operating time,the wide strange of activities,and many business projects in modern China,for ming extremely rich and precious Archives.Academic circles at home and abroad have also carried out the research on relevant Archives historical materials.It is significant to arrange and develop the Archives.According to the characteristics of the Archives of Zhongfu Company in the collection,such as the large times pan,the formation of multiple subjects,the complete category,the diversity of carriers,the wide range of research fields,and the high value of historical materials,the Henan Archives has carried out the research and collection of Archives and literature distribution,translation,the construction of digital Archives,compilation and research of Zhongfu Company,and proposes a new path for the development of Archives of Zhongfu Company based on digital humanities.
