摘要
随着社会发展水平的不断提高,卫生健康已然成为了人们关注的一个重要方面,国家在医疗卫生事业方面不断加大资金与人力投入,以推动卫生事业的进步,满足人们的医疗服务需求。目前,各个医院都进入了新的发展时期,要保持医院发展的活力,必须要加强医院内部的人力资源管理,通过优化人才结构和调动员工积极性来为医院发展提供人力支持。基于此,该文列举笔者所在单位惠州市第三人民医院的一些举措,探析医院人力资源管理普遍存在的问题,并提出相应的改进策略,旨在通过薪酬制度改革,加强绩效杠杆作用,充分吸引人才和调动医务人员积极性,以此保证医院的健康可持续发展。
With the continuous improvement of the level of social development,health has become an important aspect of people’s most concern.The country has continuously increased capital and human investment in medical and health undertakings to promote the progress of health undertakings and satisfy people’s medical services demand.At present,all hospitals have entered a new period of development.To maintain the vitality of the hospital's development,it is necessary to strengthen the internal human resource management of the hospital,and provide human support for the development of the hospital by optimizing the talent structure and mobilizing the enthusiasm of the employees.Based on this,this article lists some measures and experience sharing of the author’s unit of Huizhou Third People’s Hospital,explores the common problems of hospital human resource management,and proposes corresponding improvement strategies,aiming to adopt reform of the salary system,strengthen the leverage of performance,fully attract talents and mobilize the enthusiasm of medical staff,so as to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of the hospital.
