普洱茶组分与葛根山楂复配对辅助降血脂功效影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究普洱茶提取物及其组分与药食同源植物葛根、山楂复配对高脂饮食诱导的高血脂大鼠的辅助降血脂作用差异性。将SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、阳性药组、葛根山楂复配普洱茶提取物复合物组、葛根山楂复配茶多糖复合物组、葛根山楂复配茶多酚复合物组。通过饲喂高脂饲料建立高脂模型,分别灌胃给予不同受试物,试验周期为4周,每两周测定血脂指标。结果表明:与模型组相比,葛根山楂与普洱茶提取物、茶多酚粗提物或茶多糖粗提物复配均具有一定的辅助降血脂功效,且茶多糖复合物组优于其他组。茶多糖等大分子物质与药食同源原料复配协同发挥作用,具有较好的辅助降血脂功效,为茶与药食同源原料复配产品开发提供新的思路。 The differential auxiliary hypolipidemic effects of Pu′er tea extract,Pu′er tea polysaccharide ex-tract,and Pu′er tea polyphenol extract compounded with a combination of Pueraria lobata and hawthorn were investigated on rats with high-fat diet-induced hyperlipidemia.The experimental rats were randomly divided in-to the following groups:healthy rats(normal),rats with high-fat diet-induced hyperlipidemia(model),posi-tive,Pueraria lobata-hawthorn-Pu′er tea extract complex,Pueraria lobata-hawthorn-Pu′er tea polysaccharide extract complex,and Pueraria lobata-hawthorn-Pu′er tea polyphenol extract complex.A rat model of hyper-lipidemia was established by feeding a high-fat diet to the rats and different test substances were administered intragastrically for four weeks to assess their effects.The contents of total cholesterol,triglycerides,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol were determined every two weeks.Compared to the model group,treatment with different complexes showed auxiliary hypolipidemic effects,with the tea polysaccharide complex group exhibiting the maximum effect.The combination of tea polysaccharides,and medicinal and edible plantsexerted a synergistic hypolipidemic effect,creating new possibilities for the devel-opment of tea,and medicinal and edible plantsin the future.
