摘要
目前,AC/DC开关电源的模块化存在电磁兼容处理、大功率器件处理等较复杂的技术和工艺问题。根据模块化设计思想,对开关电源电路进行模块划分,并完成主电路的选型设计,驱动控制、保护滤波等模块的匹配设计,在此基础上设计制作了一款适用于机载设备的PSM控制型AC/DC开关电源样机。对该样机进行参数测试及功能验证,试验结果证明电源样机各参数满足预设的产品指标要求,完成了目标产品的设计。
At present,the modularization of AC/DC switching power supplies has complicated technical and technological issues such as electromagnetic compatibility processing and high-power device processing.According to the idea of modular design,the switching power supply circuit is divided into modules.The main circuit selection design,drive control,protection filter module matching design are designed.On this basis,a prototype of PSM controlled AC/DC switching power supply for airborne equipment is designed and manufactured.Parameter testing and functional verification of the prototype are carried out.The test results prove that the parameters of the power prototype meet the preset product index requirements,and the design of the target product is completed.
