三维时间飞跃法磁共振血管造影在颅内动脉粥样硬化狭窄诊断中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析颅内动脉粥样硬化狭窄(ICAS)临床诊断中,应用三维时间飞跃法磁共振血管造影(3D-TOF-MRA)方法进行诊断的价值。方法:选取35例出现脑缺血相关症状的患者进行研究,入组患者均接受数字减影血管造影(DSA)检查和3D-TOF-MRA检查,将DSA检查作为诊断标准,分析3D-TOF-MRA检查ICAS的诊断效果。结果:以DSA检查诊断结果为标准,统计分析3D-TOF-MRA检查诊断效果,研究发现,3D-TOF-MRA检查对于血管粥样硬化血管不同程度狭窄的诊断效果均较为突出,对于血管无狭窄、轻度狭窄、中度狭窄、重度狭窄和血管闭塞的诊断符合率分别是94.20%、94.74%、84.62%、92.31%和100.00%,与DSA检查诊断结果相近,两种检查诊断方式对颅内动脉狭窄的诊断结果无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:将3D-TOF-MRA检查诊断方法应用于ICAS临床诊断中,具有较高的诊断准确性,加之其无创、可靠性高,能够为疾病的临床诊断和治疗提供依据,确保及时准确地诊断疾病,为对治疗方案进行完善和优化。 Objective:To analyze the diagnostic value of 3D-TOF-MRA in the clinical diagnosis of intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis(ICAS).Methods:35 patients with cerebral ischemia-related symptoms were selected for the study.The enrolled patients received digital subtraction angiography(DSA)examination and 3D-TOF-MRA examination.DSA examination was used as the diagnostic standard to analyze the diagnostic effect of ICAS by 3 D-TOF-MRA examination.Results:Based on DSA diagnosis,the statistical analysis of 3 D-TOF-MRA examination diagnosis effect was conducted,the study found that 3 D-TOF-MRA examination is more effective in the diagnosis of different degrees of atherosclerotic stenosis,and the diagnostic coincidence rates of 3D-TOF-MRA were 94.20%,94.74%,84.62%,92.31%and 100.00%for non-stenosis,mild stenosis,moderate stenosis,severe stenosis and vascular occlusion.The results were similar to those of DSA examination,and there was no significant difference between the two examination methods in the diagnosis of intracranial artery stenosis(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of 3D-TOF-MRA in the clinical diagnosis of ICAS has high diagnostic accuracy,coupled with its non-invasive and reliable,it can provide basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases,and ensure timely and accurate diagnosis of diseases to improve and optimize the treatment plan.
