摘要
目的探讨护士长年度目标责任考核方法,提升护士长管理能力。方法制定2018年度护士长年度目标责任制考核,包括工作业绩(60%)、个人述职(30%)及科主任评价(10%)3个方面,2018年12月依考核指标实施护士长年度考核,并对比分析2017年度与2018年度护理质量和患者满意度的变化。结果实施护士长年度目标责任制考核前后护理质量由(96.02±1.91)分提高到(97.53±1.94)分;患者满意度由(93.68±4.81)分提升到(95.44±4.19)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实行护士长目标责任制考核,加强护士长的责任目标管理,强化护士长责任心,提升护士长管理能力,从而提高护理质量,提升患者满意度。
Objective To explore the method of annual target responsibility assessment for head nurses and improve their management ability.Methods The annual objective responsibility system assessment of head nurses in 2018 was formulated,including three aspects:work performance(60%),personal reporting(30%)and department director evaluation(10%).In December 2018,the annual assessment of head nurses was carried out according to the assessment indicators,and the changes of nursing quality and patient satisfaction in 2017 and 2018 were compared and analyzed.Results The nursing quality was increased from(96.02±1.91)points to(97.53±1.94)points before and after the implementation of the annual goal responsibility system for head nurses,and the patient satisfaction was increased from(93.68±4.81)points to(95.44±4.19)points,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of head nurses'objective responsibility system assessment,strengthening head nurses'responsibility target management,strengthening head nurses'sense of responsibility and enhancing head nurses'management ability can improve the quality of nursing and patients'satisfaction.
