摘要
为适应物流产业的转型升级,培养与智慧物流发展相适应的高技能物流人才,高职院校应推动教学改革,以智慧物流背景下的人才能力需求为出发点,从重构课程体系、优化教学内容、改进教学实施、改革评价方式四个方面去推动"产教融合,四维一体"人才培养模式改革,并从基础强化、条件支撑、资源协同和运行保障四个维度去构建实现机制,确保人才培养模式改革的可实施性和长效运行,最终有效提升高职物流人才培养质量,满足智慧物流背景下的岗位能力需求。
The paper holds that vocational colleges should promote teaching reform to adapt to the transformation and upgrading of the logistics industry and cultivate high skilled logistics talents suitable for the development of intelligent logistics. The teaching reform in vocational colleges should take the demand of talents ability as the base in the context of intelligent logistics to reconstruct curriculum system,optimize teaching content,improve teaching implementation and reform evaluation methods to construct the realization mechanism to ensure the implementability and long-term operation of the reform of talent training mode and finally to effectively improve the training quality of logistics talents in vocational colleges and meet the needs of post ability in the context of intelligent logistics.
