摘要 "新工科"建设已成为应用型高校主动适应社会需求和提高应用型人才培养质量的主要路径。通过梳理"新工科"建设对应用型高校人才培养提出的新要求及"新工科"人才培养的新进展,深入分析了应用型高校人才培养存在的误区,从校企合作协同育人的视角出发,借鉴"三链融合"的理论与方法,探索应用型人才培养的新机制,为提高应用型高校人才培养质量提供理论参考与实践借鉴。 The construction of emerging engineering education has become the main way for application-oriented universities to adapt to the social needs and improve the quality of talent cultivation.By sorting out the new requirements of the construction of emerging engineering education for talent cultivation of application-oriented universities and the new development of the talent cultivation of emerging engineering education,the misunderstandings of the talent cultivation of application-oriented universities is analyzed.The new mechanism of the cultivation of applied talents is explored from the perspective of cooperation between universities and enterprises based on the three-chain integration,in hopes of providing theoretical and practical references for application-oriented universities to improve the quality of talent cultivation.
