基于智能仪表的温度测量装置研究与应用

摘要 目前,常见的一体式温度变送器在火电厂使用时,受复杂的生产环境影响,故障率高、维护成本昂贵,对生产过程造成了一定影响。本文以华能上安电厂2号炉干排渣系统钢带机温度变送器改造为实例,阐述了如何将火电厂复杂生产环境下的常规温度变送器改造为成本低廉的耐高温、抗腐蚀的温度传感装置,从而达到降低设备故障率,减少维护量,提高温度测量的可靠性与稳定性的目的。 At present,the common integrated temperature transmitter used in thermal power plant is affected by the complex production environment,with high failure rate and high maintenance cost,which has a certain impact on the production process.Taking the transformation of temperature transmitter of steel belt machine in dry slag discharge system of No.2 boiler in Huaneng Shang’an Power Plant as an example,expounds how to transform the conventional temperature transmitter in complex production environment of thermal power plant into a low-cost temperature resistant and corrosion-resistant temperature sensing device,so as to reduce the failure rate of equipment,reduce the amount of maintenance,and improve the reliability and stability of temperature measurement.
