孟鲁司特钠与氯雷他定联合用药方案治疗小儿过敏性紫癜的临床效果及安全性

Clinical effect and safety of montelukast sodium combined with loratadine in the treatment of children with allergic purpura

目的探究孟鲁司特钠与氯雷他定联合用药方案治疗小儿过敏性紫癜的临床效果及安全性。方法选取本院2019年3月至2020年6月收治的过敏性紫癜患儿96例,随机分为两组,各48例。对照组采用孟鲁司特钠治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合氯雷他定治疗,比较两组疗效、不良反应及复发情况。结果研究组腹痛、关节肿痛、皮肤紫癜消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为95.83%,明显低于对照组的81.25%;研究组复发率为2.08%,低于对照组的14.58%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组TNF-α、IL-6水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论孟鲁司特钠联合氯雷他定治疗小儿过敏性紫癜,有助于清除炎症因子,减轻炎症反应,有效缩短症状消失时间,减少复发,且不良反应发生率低,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of montelukast sodium combined with loratadine in the treatment of children with allergic purpura.Methods 96 children with allergic purpura admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to June 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with montelukast sodium,and study research group was combined with loratadine on the basis of the control group.The efficacy and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results The disappearance time of abdominal pain,joint swelling and pain and skin purpura in the study group were shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.83%,which was significantly lower than that of control group(81.25%);the recurrence rate of study group was 2.08%,lower than that of control group(14.58%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-αand IL-6 in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Montelukast sodium combined with loratadine in the treatment of children with allergic purpura is helpful to remove inflammatory factors,reduce inflammatory response,effectively shorten the time of symptom disappearance,reduce recurrence,and the adverse reaction rate is low,safety is high,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
