基于SWOT-SLEPT模型的水利工程全过程咨询对策研究

Analysis of the Whole Process Consulting of Water Conservancy Project Based on the SWOT-SLEPT Model

通过构建SWOT-SLEPT模型,分析在社会、法律、经济、政治、技术的影响下,我国水利工程项目采用全过程工程咨询所具备的优势、劣势、机会、威胁,得出水利工程发展全过程咨询的SWOT-SLEPT矩阵。在上述基础上,结合发展对策关系图,针对联合体提供咨询服务追责困难与施工阶段信息共享易失真等问题提出相应的对策建议。

Through constructing the SWOT-SLEPT model,this paper analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the whole process engineering consulting under the influence of society,law,economy,politics and technology,and obtains the SWOT-SLEPT matrix of the whole process consulting for water conservancy project development.On this basis,combined with the development countermeasure diagram,puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems such as the difficulty of providing consulting service and the easy distortion of information sharing in the construction stage.
